Cooking School
The Cooking School is an experience that includes the preparation and tasting of a complete menu in "osteria" style. We are inspired by the Campania and Mediterranean tradition leaving ample room for creativity. We use exclusively local and quality raw materials.
Kitchen
Geppi and Marcella, father and daughter, who share a passion for gastronomy, welcome guests as if they were at home. The enthusiasm for research begins in the morning, with shopping together. We cook elaborating the proposals and something new is always born! Respecting the family tradition, obviously…

Loved the place so much we went back the next night for dinner. Amazing food. Excellent service and terrific ambiance, including a nice wood burning fireplace. Highly recommend!"

"We had an outstanding meal in every detail at Il Rifugio and recommend this beautiful place wholeheartedly. Exquisite eggplant, possibly the best green salad of a lifetime loving salads, marvellous bread, pumpkin risotto, artichoke risotto as different and delicately delicious as possible, followed by perfect strawberries with lemon, and the best chocolate desert in decades.
